I’m over 80 and have worked out with gym type personal trainers for many years. I have found that a person, at least this person, just doesn’t get to the gym regularly without an appointment with a personal trainer. Morgan is a personal trainer who makes the workout fun, some of which I attribute to doing more than weights. Her variety of Pilates, Yoga, TRX and weights means you are always doing new things. Further, while Morgan works you hard, she recognizes and respects your limitations.
